Warranty

Includes a 2-year warranty for spare parts and a 3-year warranty for the compressor. If any issues arise within the warranty period that cannot be repaired, the product will be replaced free of charge.

Return & Refund Policy

Damages & No-Risk Policy:

  • If the item arrives damaged, simply refuse delivery, and we will ship you a replacement.
  • If damage is discovered after unpacking, please take pictures and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement. Do not discard packaging materials, as the carrier may need to inspect the item to process a damage claim.

Cancellations & Refunds:

  • 100% refund for orders canceled before shipping.
  • Once shipped, the customer is responsible for shipping costs on canceled orders.
  • Exchanges for a similar product are allowed within 30 days of purchase without a restocking fee. The customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways.
  • No returns are accepted after 30 days of delivery.
  • Opened items may be subject to a restocking fee.
