Some exclusions apply, including certain brands, installation labor, and items marked as closeout, discontinued, clearance, refurbished, used, or damaged. Price matches are limited to reasonable quantities and cannot be combined with other discounts.

How to Request a Price Match

To request a price match, contact our sales team by phone, email, or chat. Let us know the item and the competitor’s price, and we’ll verify the details to complete the match.

What Counts as Proof?

Please provide the full printed ad, a photo of the ad, or a link if the price is found online. A sales associate will verify the match, including any shipping and delivery fees. For example, if the competitor’s item is $50 with $10 shipping, we’ll match a total price of $60.

Stock Availability

Competitor items must be in stock on their website when requesting a price match.

Bulk Orders

We reserve the right to limit requests to reasonable quantities. For large quantity purchases, reach out to our team to discuss volume discounts.

Exclusions

Price matches do not apply to installation labor, closeouts, discontinued products, clearance items, and refurbished, used, or damaged items. Rebates, tax promotions, senior discounts, buy-one-get-one offers, and pricing errors are also excluded.
